Location, location, location!!! Room and bed fine. Our room housekeeper was lovely and very helpful every day of our 8 nights. Near MTR, many restaurants, lovely park, shops. harbour, etc., etc.

great location in the city center (tsim sha tsui, Kowloon). 5 mins walk to subway and many bus stations. room is clean. staffs are friendly.

The location is good,only few minutes walk to MTR station and shops around makes it more convenient.The staffs specially the housekeeping are good. The room were we stayed is clean and spacious enough.

Nice rooms, great location. A lot of restaurants and shops closed by, very convenient. 5 min walk to the MRT.

Great location. I found the staff difficult to deal with - perhaps it was the language barrier. We did breakfast at a cafe across the road. Unbeknown to us it was cash only (we only had card at that stage). I went back to the hotel and the young lady at reception loaned me $100HKD to pay the breakfast bill. I repaid her later that day once we had found a bank. We really appreciated this level of service from the lady at reception.

Great Place to be in Hong Kong, central with easy access to Metro, Ferries and Trains. Convenient Hotel, especially the fresh renovated upper floors. !!

Great location, walking distance from bus, metro, 7/11s, KFC, McD, Jollibee and many local attractions (k11, boat cruise, avenue of stars etc). Easy to use airport bus to get off at Kimberley road and walk to the hotel and vice versa. We went to Lantau island using the metro as well which was convenient and easy. Clean, comfy bed, decent size room, good internet, nice city view. Laundromat is 2 mins walk from the hotel and well priced.

We booked the Princess themed room, it was on the 21st floor so we had to walk 1 flight of stairs to go there, but upon checking the room, the kids jumped for joy as they saw the theme. They were so excited. Hoping we had these kinds of themed room in our country. Overall a good experience.

Amazing location near to everything like foods, convenient store, shops and train station. A great place to rest after a long day outside with comfortable bed, enough space to put on our luggage, a space to hang your clothes and a clean and nice environment. Room cleaning everyday also coffee and tea was refilled. I love the toiletries so awesome....
