The location is good,only few minutes walk to MTR station and shops around makes it more convenient.The staffs specially the housekeeping are good. The room were we stayed is clean and spacious enough.

Great Place to be in Hong Kong, central with easy access to Metro, Ferries and Trains. Convenient Hotel, especially the fresh renovated upper floors. !!

Great location, walking distance from bus, metro, 7/11s, KFC, McD, Jollibee and many local attractions (k11, boat cruise, avenue of stars etc). Easy to use airport bus to get off at Kimberley road and walk to the hotel and vice versa. We went to Lantau island using the metro as well which was convenient and easy. Clean, comfy bed, decent size room, good internet, nice city view. Laundromat is 2 mins walk from the hotel and well priced.

We booked the Princess themed room, it was on the 21st floor so we had to walk 1 flight of stairs to go there, but upon checking the room, the kids jumped for joy as they saw the theme. They were so excited. Hoping we had these kinds of themed room in our country. Overall a good experience.

Amazing location near to everything like foods, convenient store, shops and train station. A great place to rest after a long day outside with comfortable bed, enough space to put on our luggage, a space to hang your clothes and a clean and nice environment. Room cleaning everyday also coffee and tea was refilled. I love the toiletries so awesome....

The place was spacious enough and clean. However, just like the previous comment I read about this hotel, they place their free bottled waters inside the restroom which is really unhygienic. The luggage storage was located at the groundfloor and it was very helpful since we got to the hotel earlier than the check-in time. Everything was smooth from check-in to having our rooms cleaned everyday, up to our check-out. It is also located in the middle of the city, surrounded by many restaurants and convenience stores. A 10min walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui station. The Exit B1 of TST Station is the closest to the hotel way.
